About these terms
This website is operated by PEVUMI LLC (“PEVUMI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized in Kentucky, United States. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse it.
Website information and service enquiries
Information on this website is general information about PEVUMI's services. It is not a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of business, financial, technical, or operational results. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to enter a project.
Project proposals
Paid work begins only after the client and PEVUMI accept a written proposal or agreement. That document identifies the agreed scope, deliverables, milestones, schedule, setup fees, payment timing, client responsibilities, support arrangements, and any applicable cancellation or refund terms. If website information differs from an accepted project agreement, the agreement controls for that project.
Digital eBooks and automation workflows
PEVUMI also sells digital eBooks about automation and reusable automation workflows. Before payment, we confirm the product description, price, file format, delivery method, permitted use, and any applicable support or refund terms. Workflow requirements, compatible tools, and any setup or customization charges are identified in the order details.
Third-party services and AI systems
Some projects may depend on third-party software, AI models, hosting, telephony, messaging, or integrations. Those services may have separate fees and terms, which will be identified when relevant. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. Clients are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are suitable for their use case. No AI system should be relied on as the sole decision-maker for sensitive or consequential matters without appropriate human review.
Intellectual property
PEVUMI retains rights in its pre-existing tools, methods, and materials. Ownership or permitted use of project-specific deliverables will be described in the written project agreement. Website text, visual design, and branding may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but provide it “as is” and may update or remove content. To the extent allowed by law, PEVUMI is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of this general website information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws applicable to PEVUMI LLC's formation in Kentucky, United States, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Contact support@pevumi.shop with questions. Any client project may specify different governing-law terms in its accepted written agreement.
